How long does it take to get started?

Getting started is fast and simple (much quicker than working with an agency).

Here’s how it works:

  1. Payment: Once you’ve made your payment, I’ll begin setting up your personalized customer portal.
  2. Portal Setup: Within 24 hours, your portal will be ready. This is where you can manage your projects and submit requests.
  3. First Request: After submitting your first request, you can expect to see deliverables within two days.

No waiting around. You’ll be up and running in no time, with everything you need to move forward.

What is the turnaround time for service requests?

Turnaround times can vary based on the complexity of the request, but we aim to deliver high-quality work as quickly as possible. For as long as a request is sitting in the active column on your customer portal, you can expect deliverables within 48 hours. If a request requires more time due to its complexity, I’ll communicate a specific timeline upfront so there are no surprises.

How do I request services?

Once you become a customer, you’ll get access to your personalized customer portal, which includes detailed instructions on how to use it. The portal is organized into three columns:

  1. Request Backlog: Create a new request by filling in all the relevant details. Once the request is complete, move it to the Active Request column.
  2. Active Request: Depending on your plan, you’ll typically have one active request at a time. As soon as I see the request marked as active, I’ll start working on it within 24 hours. You can expect deliverables within 48 hours.
  3. Feedback & Revisions: Once you receive the deliverables, you can provide feedback and request revisions until you’re completely satisfied. After that, the request is moved to the Done column, and we repeat the process for the next task.

Absolutely! I understand that every business has unique needs. If you have a specific request that is not listed in my service menu, let me know, and I will do our best to accommodate.

During those two weeks, you can submit as many requests as you like, and I’ll fulfill them as quickly as possible. This gives you the chance to evaluate whether we’re a good fit. If, for any reason, you decide not to continue, you can cancel or pause your subscription—no questions asked.

You can do this directly in your customer portal through Stripe, without needing to submit a request.
